1- primary frames
Skybeam pre fab industries have designed and constructed variety of framing to meet specific project requirement of client, for maximum utilization of space with excellent strength and highest safety standard. Lets first understand about basics of primary framing systems.
Rigid frames are structural members bearing the load of entire buildings. They are section members (web and flange) interconnected with connections bolts. Vertical structure members are called columns and horizontal members which are connected with columns are called rafters this is also called primary framing system.
End wall frames are one of essential structural components of primary framing system, an important member of pre engineered buildings. Intermediate column of endwall frames distributes the load of building.
2- secondary frames
Roof purlins are c or z shape cold form structured with variable depth and thickness in accordance with customized designs. The roof purlins are connected with the roof beams and the rafters with help of bolts .
The roof purlins are connected in a continuous fashion and spacing between purlin to purlin are based on design on which sheeting rest. The roof can be galvanized or painted.
The wall girts are cold formed members, these are generally Z shaped galvanized members which are available in various thickness with variable depth an applicable depend upon design. It is connected to the columns along the wall side. This is the most principle components of secondary framing system .
A structural member located at the eave of a buildings which supports roof and wall paneling .
A tension member used to limit the deflection of a girt or purlin in the direction of its weak axis .
3- Roofing & cladding

4- PEB ACCESSORIES

Polycarbonate is a thermoplastic that comes in a transparent sheet. It is incredibly tough and absorbs minimal moisture, making it resistant to impact damage as well as water damage. It’s also flame-retardant and chemical resistant.
5- PURLINS
Purlin is a horizontal beam or bar used for structural support in structures, most often below the roof. Purlins are supported either by the building’s rafters or its walls. These are most commonly used in metal buildings, but in wood-frame structures, these also replace closely packed rafters. A roof’s purlins support the roof Deck’s weight. The roof deck is the wooden panel, ply board, or sheet metal which creates the roof surface. This is usually filled with some kind of weather proofing and constructed from concrete and often an insulation material.
There are many types of Purlins and are divided into groups depending on the material they are made of and the form of their shape. Different purlins are used for multiple uses including a structural wall or floor support. Purlin is necessary as there is no frame for the sheeting on the roof to rest on without it, thereby making purlins important to the roof structure.
